65th Annual Lincoln Parade & Rodeo

Each year our rodeo starts off with a spectacular parade down Hwy 200.  This year will be no different.  The parade will be on Saturday July 1st starting at 11:00 am from 1st Ave.. and ending at Hooper Park.  Organizations wishing to enter this years parade need to e-mail the Lincoln Chamber at lincolnmontana@linctel.net

After the parade take the family out to the rodeo.

July 1st & 2nd Rodeo starts at 1:00 pm

For more than 60 years the Lincoln Open Rodeo has been the keystone summer event for this small mountain town.

The Annual Lincoln Open Rodeo falls on the weekend closest to the
Independence Holiday every year and the town kicks off the festivities with a parade through town.

As one of the few open rodeos left in the state it provides an opportunity for young cowboys to build their credentials and for more experienced riders to pick up a few extra rides during the “Cowboy Christmas” season that centers around the Fourth of July.

For kids the Rodeo offers a greased pig chase, a boot race and a chicken chase. Stout hearted adults can test their resolve and their agility by entering the Ring of Fire to see who can last longest in the ring against a loose bull.

Admission Fee

$10 per adult, $5 for 6-12 year olds; kids 5 and under get in free
